We had a fantastic New Year's stay. The hotel was located in a beautiful region with breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, with a good AC and bathroom. Breakfast was complete and delicious. the hotel was very close to the main attractions of the area, which made it perfect for exploring the surroundings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better.
We didn't find anything to complain about during our stay. The only consideration we could mention is that the area can be quite busy during peak season, which can make it hard to find parking.

We had a decent stay. the location was not crowded with tourists, and the region was breathtakingly beautiful. the room was spacious and comfortable, but the furniture was outdated. the service was accommodating, and Alessandra was helpful with excellent recommendations. the breakfast was good and fulfilled our needs. the view from the balcony was stunning. the hotel provided free internet service, which was a bonus.
The hotel lacked some modern amenities, like an alarm clock.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent suggestions on what to do and see in the area. The hotel facilities were spotless and the breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the location was perfect for us. It was away from the major tourist destinations, which provided for a more authentic experience. We were able to easily park our car and transportation was readily available to explore the city and its nearby parks.
All good.

Really enjoyed the xmas decorations and festivities around the hotel. the breakfast was tasty, with a variety of pastries and fruit. the view from the room was wonderful and we were happy with the heating system, which kept the room nice and warm during the cold winter nights. the location was great, close to the town center and easy to find.
The room was quite small and cramped, with very little space to move around. the bathroom was also very compact and the shower was incredibly small.
